Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are in pristine, unworn condition.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and refund notification once our atelier inspects the return.
